Description
The working stroke of a hydraulic cylinder can be determined by installing a stroke limiter in the system. In the initial position, the HBKH is open. A cable attached to the cylinder rod and to the valve handle actuates the switching handle in a tensioned state. The resulting movement turns the T-ball with the stem into the blocking position, thus interrupting the flow. The cylinder rod remains in the set position. After engaging the idle circulation at the separate control valve, the upstream side of the HBKH is depressurised. The pressure is transferred downstream, operating the free moving ball and passes through its T-port design. The cylinder then retracts and the spiral spring relaxes, returning the ball and handle to the original position.
Application
Stroke limitation on single action hydraulic cylinders, e.g. tilt cylinders of lifting platforms, hydraulics for agricultural machinery (Coating seals and body materials adapted to application!)
